The Keystone Group announced four promotions: David Hohman to senior principal, Greg Hasty to senior associate, Nik Jakobs to senior associate and Danielle Moushon to associate.

Alvarez & Marsal announced it has expanded its teams in France and Asia, adding Olivier Dubois as managing director, based in the Paris office, and James Dubow as a managing director and co-head of Asia.

ACM launched its Bank Audit Advisory division. Led by two 30-year veterans of the banking industry, ACM has begun conducting field exams on behalf of lenders. The firm also announced the addition of Ms. Bobbi Coffey as a new director to its expanding team.

Access Point Financial has added two well-known industry veterans to the company’s senior management team. Jim Alderman joined as principal and chief investment officer and Greg O’Stean joined the company as principal and chief financial officer.

FGI Finance has announced the opening of its new Canadian office in Toronto and the appointment of Jordan Arron as the new vice president of Business Development for that region.

Marlin & Associates, a boutique investment banking and strategic advisory firm, announced that industry veteran Jonathan Kaufman has joined the firm as a partner to launch the firm’s expansion on the west coast. He will be based in San Francisco.

Miller Buckfire announced the appointment of Ron Kubick as a managing director, effective immediately. Kubick joined Miller Buckfire after most recently serving as a managing director at Morgan Stanley, where he led the firm’s Restructuring Finance and ABL Capital Markets Groups.

Jason Rae has joined Tiger Group as director of Business Development for the Northeast. He comes to Tiger Group from Great American Group, where he most recently served as senior project manager.

AltaCorp Capital, a Canadian institutional financial advisory firm, hired Jason Caldarelli to lead the firm’s Debt Capital Markets group as managing director. He will be based out of AltaCorp’s Toronto office.

Sikich announced it has expanded its management team with the addition of Stanley N. Logan as partner and chief operating officer. Previously, he held several roles in consulting at LECG and Huron Consulting Group.
