TD Bank said it has named Mark H. Worthy as vice president, relationship manager in the middle-market group in Vienna, VA. Worthy was previously a relationship manager at PNC Bank.

BMO Harris Bank said it has promoted Chip Howard to managing director business risk officer for emerging markets. He previously served as head of commercial banking for the company in the Minnesota region.

Black Diamond Capital Management announced the appointment of Jean Fleischhacker as senior managing director, Business Development. Most recently, she was managing director at Babson Capital, heading Global Distribution.

TAB Bank announced that it has expanded into Chicago and the entire upper Midwest region with the addition of Tony DeMonte to the business development team as vice president and business development officer.

Ally Commercial Finance announced that Daniel M. Duffy has joined the company as a senior managing director. Duffy will lead Ally’s origination efforts in the Midwest. Previously, he was a managing director at Monroe Capital, and served as co-president of CapitalSource Corporate Finance Group.

According to a story posted on the Baltimore Business Journal site, Capital One has appointed Mathew Roughton to the newly created position of senior vice president of middle-market lending for the Baltimore market. Roughton was previously with SunTrust.
