Oppenheimer announced that John Carson, Ryan Gray and William Kaeli have joined the firm’s middle-market institutional sales group from Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. The team will be based in Philadelphia.

Linsalata Capital Partners has promoted Timothy G. Healy to senior vice president. Healy joined the firm in 2004 after spending 13 years with National City Bank, most recently as senior vice president in the equity sponsor group.

MJ Hilker has joined Great Lakes Business Credit as the new regional marketing director for the Ohio region. Previously, she worked at Corporate Management Solutions.

City National Bank said it has hired four new bankers in Seattle to focus on franchise finance and will open a loan production office in Seattle. The new bankers came from GE Capital Franchise Finance.

First Capital announced the hiring of Richard J. Lehrter in the Midwest region. Lehrter will be responsible for new business development for both asset-based lending and factoring facilities in the Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri and Michigan markets for First Capital’s Midwest region.

Bridge Capital Holdings hired Chris Perkins as VP, relationship manager for the Northeast region. He was most recently with Massachusetts Growth Capital.

Allegiance Capital announced that trucking industry specialist Mark Dyer has joined its New York office to serve as the managing director.

Angela Vassallo, has joined Bluewater Transaction Advisors as a field examiner, Lender Analytics Group. Vassallo has over 13 years of field exam and collateral monitoring experience. She is based in Warren, MI.

TD Bank named Greg Braca as head of U.S. Corporate and Specialty Banking, reporting to TD’s president and CEO Bharat Masrani. Braca will be responsible for corporate banking, in partnership with TD Securities, as well as commercial real estate, healthcare, equipment finance, asset-based lending and dealer commercial services.

Irving Place Capital announced that it has appointed C. Thomas O’Grady and Michael A. McLain as senior advisors for the firm’s industrial practice.
