Northwest Bancshares and its wholly-owned subsidiary Northwest Bank appointed Douglas M. Schosser to chief financial officer, effective March 18, 2024. He will replace William W. Harvey, Jr., who announced his retirement last fall.
Wells Fargo named Erik Karanik head of independent solutions for its wealth and investment management (WIM) business. Since 2021, Karanik has served as the head of control management for the WIM business.

U.S. Bank launched a new division dedicated to serving private capital firms and global asset managers, bringing together all parts of the bank that currently serve more than 200 private capital clients with a range of products and services. The bank named Stephen Jeselson head of the division.
Mick Goik, the current president of Oxford Commercial Finance, will transition to the role of executive chairman of the board of directors, while Steve Tomasello, currently a senior vice president and national sales manager, will assume the position of president.
Triumph Financial, a financial holding company focused on payments, factoring and banking, appointed Michelle Holmes executive vice president and chief marketing officer. Prior to joining Triumph Financial, Holmes served as vice president of marketing at Smartlinx Solutions.
