CrossAmerica Partners has entered into a new five-year, $750 million revolving credit facility with a syndicate of lenders led by Citizens Bank. The new facility replaces the partnership’s previous $650 million revolving credit facility that was scheduled to expire April 25, 2020.
Tricida has entered into an amendment to its existing debt facility with Hercules Capital. The amendment increases the total amount available under the debt facility to up to $200 million and extends the maturity of the loans thereunder. Tricida originally entered into a $100 million debt facility with Hercules Capital in February 2018.
Nuverra Environmental Solutions announced it amended its existing $325 million credit facility to increase the permissible maximum total debt leverage ratio. Wells Fargo Bank served as administrative agent.
CenterPoint Energy and its wholly owned subsidiaries amended their revolvers. JPMorgan Chase served as admin agent for CenterPoint’s and CEHE’s facilities, and Citibank as admin agent for CERC’s facility.
