As co-founder and chief operations officer of Quickpay Funding, Beach has full control and authority over all company related matters. She has undertaken numerous automation initiatives that are further improving operational efficiency and productivity throughout the business. The company doubled the size of its staff in 2022 and continues to grow thanks to Beach’s skills, training and leadership, which has allowed the company to keep its team working and producing in a good working environment regardless of whether they are remote or in the office. Additionally, Beach played an instrumental role as Quickpay secured funding on a senior bank line four times larger than its previous credit facility.

Beach is a trailblazer and a great example of the power of diversity in this industry. Originally from the Micronesia island nation of Palau, the world’s second smallest country, Beach spent many years early in her career working directly for transportation, logistics and marine companies. These experiences provided her with the skills and confidence to transition into factoring and commercial finance. She was also a successful freight broker for many years and was responsible for substantial business growth in her freight brokerage and logistics accounts. After transitioning from logistics, Beach was instrumental in turbo-charging Capital Partners and turning it into a market leader in transportation factoring as Freight Capital, which later turned into eCapital. Her leadership and contributions continue to make an impact in the industry as she grows her professional career.
