Renee Jackson has never been afraid to take risks or push herself out of her comfort zone. “I feel my career has been marked by mentors and opportunities to learn from inspiring and successful people,” Jackson says. “I have had a lot of help from many great men and women to get to this point in my career. From here, I hope to be able to repay the support I have received by helping others be successful. I have been fortunate to have built high-performing teams, and to be able to continue to do that would be a great way to further my career.”

While Jackson has had a distinguished career to this point, her most noteworthy achievements have come in the last three years. She moved into her current role less than a week before the COVID-19 shutdowns occurred and has guided LSQ’s invoice finance team through major transitions. The turbulent economic climate brought on since the beginning of the pandemic has put tremendous pressure on the business; however, under Jackson’s leadership, LSQ has weathered the proverbial storm and emerged in a very strong position to continue to grow and serve clients.
