Qing Fan
Global Head of Capital Markets
Raistone

Qing Fan boasts more than 15 years of experience in global trade finance and asset-based lending. Since joining Raistone in 2021, she has contributed to the company’s 100% year-over-year revenue growth, which it expects to match in 2023.

Prior to Raistone, Fan spent more than a decade at BNP Paribas, where she served as deputy head of structuring in its global trade solutions business. She also previously served on the high-yield team at Sumitomo Trust & Banking, covering a portfolio of $300 million of assets under management. At Raistone, Fan has grown the company’s asset distribution business to a run-rate flow of $1 billion of working capital per quarter.

In 2022, Fan and her team were responsible for the placement of $2.5 billion in working capital assets, helping thousands of companies of all sizes better manage their cash flow and grow their businesses. In particular, Fan’s leadership enabled one of Raistone’s top clients to achieve $800 million in revenue in its first year. As a leader at Raistone, she has played an integral role in promoting women and diversity in the historically male-dominated space of finance and asset-based lending.

Fan also champions the design and development of the firm’s Salesforce CRM system and is leading education about Raistone’s proprietary “RaiScore” system, which assigns a risk score to each asset sold by the company.

Access to capital has been the No. 1 issue for businesses in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, and in the face of a potential recession, Fan has helped to directly address this significant economic concerns in a wide swath of industries across the United States, working with the many investors that make up Raistone’s $12 billion curated marketplace.
