Sheasgreen led tremendous growth for Siena Healthcare Finance in 2022, specifically increasing the company’s book of businesses by more than 170% compared with 2021. Although the healthcare industry has been hit hard during the COVID-19 pandemic and received more stimulus dollars than other industry segments, Sheasgreen has managed to lead her team to success as healthcare recovers from the pandemic, banks remain aggressive on pricing and inflation continues to soar.

During her nearly 30 years in the asset-based lending industry, which has included roles with CNH Finance, Triumph Healthcare Finance, Doral Bank, Marquette and GMAC, Sheasgreen has founded two de novo healthcare ABL finance divisions, won multiple awards from the Healthcare Financial Management Association, been honored by the Portland Business Journal as a ‘Women of Influence’ and been recognized as a Top 50 Women in Commercial Finance by the then Commercial Finance Association (now Secured Finance Network). She is also a fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and founding member of The Fourth Floor, an organization that promotes women in leadership, and Portland Women in Business for Good, a philanthropic organization built on the Grapevine platform.
