Anthony Ochoa joined Genesis Bank as senior vice president, commercial banking market leader, and is responsible for expanding the bank’s commercial banking efforts across its target markets of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, CA.

Opus Bank launched a Public Finance division. Dmitry Semenov joined Opus as senior managing director, head of Public Finance, to lead the new division.
Opus Bank’s Healthcare Banking division has funded more than $500 million in loans on commitments of over $550 million to healthcare providers and practitioners since the division’s formation in May 2013.
