Capital Southwest, PNC and Main Street Support O2’s Investment in Flip Electronics

Capital Southwest agented a first lien term loan to support O2 Investment Partners’ investment in Flip Electronics. PNC Bank served as first-out lender on the transaction and provided a revolving credit facility. Main Street Capital also served as a last-out lender on the term loan.

Capital Southwest Supports Amware’s Acquisition of Moulton with First Lien Term Loan

Capital Southwest supported Amware Fulfillment’s acquisition of Moulton Logistics with an incremental senior secured first lien term loan. Amware is a portfolio company of Capital Southwest and provides order fulfillment services to e-commerce and direct selling companies.

Capital SW and East West Bank Support Mountaingate’s Investment in Acceleration Partners

Capital Southwest provided Mountaingate Capital with a senior secured first lien term loan and delayed draw facility (in which East West Bank was a co-lender) in support of its investment in Acceleration Partners. East West Bank also provided a revolver.

AloStar recently funded three deals totaling $40.5 million through its Capital Finance platform.

ING, Capital Southwest Close $100MM Credit Facility

Capital Southwest closed a four-year, $100 million revolving credit facility led by ING Capital. The facility has an accordion feature that allows for an expansion of the facility up to $150 million.
