First Capital Names Sullivan VP/Factoring Western Region

First Capital announced the hiring of Tom Sullivan, vice president, in the Factoring Western Region. Sullivan will be responsible for new business development throughout the Western Region and will be based out of the Los Angeles office.
Sullivan has over 40 years of lending experience with the last 20 years in business development capacity in the factoring, asset-based and commercial banking sector. Most recently, Sullivan held the position of VP - business development officer with HSBC Bank USA. Previously, Sullivan was regional sales manager with Wells Fargo Commercial Banking and held various positions with Heller Financial, Security Pacific Business Credit and Bankers Trust Company.
"We've been looking for the right candidate to develop the Factoring market within the Western Region," stated Ron Garber, EVP and Factoring Western Region Manager. "We're excited to have Tom join our team. His knowledge and experience in the local market will continue to strengthen our Factoring originations throughout the region."
