Crestmark Closes Three Transactions

Crestmark announced it closed three transactions for new clients from July 1 to July 16.

On July 11, Crestmark provided a Michigan-based software development organization a $200,000 accounts receivable purchase facility. Funding will be used toward Internet technology and Web application growth.

Crestmark also funded the brokerage division of a Missouri trucking company on July 12 with a $250,000 accounts receivable purchase facility. The company was in need of working capital and will broker overflow loads of a nationwide pet food distributor.

On July 16, Crestmark provided a $200,000 accounts receivable purchase facility to a trucking company. This startup company is based in Tennessee and was referred by a current Crestmark client.

Crestmark is a provider of working capital solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses.
