Evergreen Collateral Consulting, LLC, is a mid-size national consulting firm which specializes in providing due diligence examinations for financial institutions and the companies they lend to. ECC performs initial and recurring collateral exams for banking and asset-based lending institutions. ECC also has developed a core competency in performing due diligence and surveillance for underwriters, investors, and issuers in the capital markets arena.
ECC is currently looking to fill several positions across North America, specifically in the following cities: Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, New York, Buffalo, Boston, Baltimore/Washington D.C., Miami, Cleveland, Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit, Indianapolis, Dallas, St. Louis/Kansas City, Denver, Los Angeles, Seattle and Portland.
ECC is looking for full-time junior and senior examiners who meet the following criteria:
Junior Examiner:
2-3 years of work experience
Willing to travel (75%)
Knowledge of general and cost accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication of the English language
Enthusiastic
Self starter
Excellent attention to detail
Open to constructive criticism
Accounting or finance degree preferred
Senior Examiner:
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in bank or ABL examinations
Demonstrate the ability to lead a recurring and prospect exam
Willing to travel (50-75%)
Knowledge of general and cost accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication of the English language
Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Open to constructive criticism
Knowledge of data mining a plus
Accounting or finance degree preferred
