The Turnaround Management Association will host a breakfast workshop to introduce attendees to branding as a viable tool in the turnaround methodology. Part one will cover why branding is a turnaround tool and why it is a valuable asset of any business in the maturity or decline state. Part two will cover why the most important part of branding is internal and how to best implement a new or refreshed vision/mission/brand strategy and obtain buy-in from all levels of employees. During parts three and four, attendees will participate in group sessions and a mini-project, including real-life case studies and Q&A.
