The Wall Street Journal reported Square secured a new line of credit from a group of banks, led by Goldman Sachs Group, according to two people familiar with the matter. Other banks providing the credit facility include Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Barclays and Silicon Valley Bank, the sources told the Journal .

The facility will give Square access to more than $100 million should the company need extra capital, one of the sources told the Journal .
