WhiteHorse Capital promoted Gina Provenzale, Jeff Wells and John Yeager to managing directors.

Based out of Stamford, CT, Provenzale will be responsible for structuring and executing financial solutions to mid-market and lower mid-market sponsors with a focus on providing senior debt, second lien debt and unitranche debt products.

Wells, based in Dallas, will be responsible for sourcing and executing middle market senior debt financings for non-sponsored borrowers. He will also provide coverage and support to a number of southwestern private equity clients.

Chicago-based Yeager will be responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction structuring and execution of post-closing operational strategies.
