Global law firm White & Case announced the promotions of 28 lawyers worldwide to its partnership. The promotions are effective January 1, 2013 and span eight of the firm’s Global Practices, with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Disputes.

The new partners in America include:

  • Raj Gandesha is based in New York and has been named a partner in the Global Intellectual Property Practice. He is qualified in New York and advises on a wide variety of intellectual property and commercial litigation matters, including complex patent, trade secret, copyright and antitrust litigations.

  • Marius Griskonis is based in New York and has been named a partner in the Global Project Finance Practice. He is qualified in New York and Lithuania and focuses on international and domestic corporate and financing transactions, with an emphasis on project and asset-based financing.
