Gray Television closed the previously announced refinancing of its credit facility with Wells Fargo as administrative agent, swingline agent and issuing bank.

According to a related 8-K filing, the facility consists of a $565.4 million term loan and a $100 million revolving credit facility.

Bank of America and Royal Bank of Canada were syndication agents. Deutsche Bank was documentation agent. Wells Fargo Securities, Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets and Deutsche Bank Securities were joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners.

Amounts outstanding under the term loan were used to repay amounts under the company’s prior term loan.

The revolving credit facility matures on February 7, 2022, and the term loan matures on February 7, 2024.

The Atlanta-based company’s obligations under the new credit facility are secured by substantially all of the assets of the company and substantially all of its subsidiaries, excluding real estate.
