US Capital Partners announced the recent addition of Sarah Tomita as vice president of Business Development at the firm’s headquarters in San Francisco.

Prior to US Capital Partners, Tomita was a VP at Goldman Sachs in New York, where she developed and managed client relationships in the Consumer/Retail and Natural Resources Investment Banking groups. In addition, she led key M&A and financing transactions, including lululemon athletica’s $377 million IPO, Dr. Pepper Snapple Group’s $10 billion demerger from Cadbury Schweppes, Univar’s minority stake sale and acquisition of Basic Chemical Solutions, and Terra-Gen Power’s $360 million debt refinancing.
