“We are extremely pleased to welcome Andreea to the firm,” said Jeffrey Sweeney, chairman and CEO at US Capital Partners. “Andreea has joined the US Capital Partners as a managing director responsible primarily for the firm’s investor relations, including its targeted investor roadshows and presentations in the U.S. and abroad. Andreea has represented companies from $25 million to $10 billion in market capitalization in developing their international investor base. Her experience raising capital and managing investor relationships will be a significant asset to the firm.”

Porcelli began her career at Barclays’s Investment Banking division in London in 1992. Moving to New York City in 1995, she became the youngest syndicate manager on Wall Street at the age of 28 while at M.H. Meyerson, a 500-broker firm and trading powerhouse. Porcelli founded Continental Advisors SA in 1998 as a Luxembourg-based boutique investment advisory firm.
