US Capital Partners, LLC announced the recent addition of two new bankers to its team. Mark D. Hill has joined US Capital Partners as senior vice president, and Jonathan Zucker has joined the team as vice president.

Hill brings over 24 years of investment banking, private equity, and financial advisory experience to US Capital Partners. He is responsible at US Capital Partners for all aspects of debt and equity business development, advisory services, client negotiations, and structuring of financing solutions and in-house underwriting.

Prior to joining the firm, Hill served as director of a private equity management group where he led the San Francisco office and sourced, advised, and structured mezzanine financings for the multi-billion-dollar firm. He also spent nine years as a vice president of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, advising institutional, corporate, and select individual clients in the U.S., Asian, and European markets. Hill also co-founded and served as a principal of Regency Capital Partners, a financial advisory firm focused on serving small- and mid-cap businesses.

Zucker brings over 14 years of experience in capital markets, strategic advisory, and business development. Prior to joining US Capital Partners, he was founder and CEO of a small-cap advisory firm, facilitating capital raises and providing management strategy across a variety of industries. Zucker began his professional career as an institutional equity trader with Credit Suisse in New York, where he eventually ran a division responsible for over $20 million in annual revenues. He later served as vice president of Institutional Equity Trading at FBR Capital Markets.
