Triangle Capital Invests $9.5 Million in DataSource


Triangle Capital Corporation announced that it closed a $9.5 million investment in DataSource, Inc., consisting of subordinated debt and equity.

DataSource also announced that it was acquired by Inverness Graham Investment, a Philadelphia-based private equity firm. DataSource will retain its company name and maintain its aggressive growth strategies for their commercial, automotive retail and restaurant/hospitality divisions by building scale and capabilities through various strategic acquisitions.

DataSource is a provider of outsourced print supply chain management services, including production, sourcing, and fulfillment of print marketing materials.

Triangle Capital invests capital in established companies in the lower middle market to fund growth, changes of control and other corporate events.
