In an effort to support TCI Business Capital’s continued expansion and international presence, TCI has recently promoted two employees for their significant contributions. “TCI is honored to promote these specific individuals who have been an integral aspect of our continued growth and success,” said Daniel Robbins, CEO of TCI Business Capital. TCI Business Capital announced the following promotions:

Glen Herrig was promoted to director of marketing. Glen will focus on maintaining our marketing campaign as TCI continues to grow and expand. His expertise in web design and management has ensured the success of TCI’s marketing campaigns. Glen joined the TCI team in 1997. He has a variety of experience with TCI, including; working as an account and senior account manager, new business senior account manager, creative services, treasury assistant, treasury supervisor and executive administrator.

John Canessa was promoted to chief information officer/chief technology officer. John will continue to align TCI’s technological vision with business strategy by integrating processes with appropriate technologies, as well as leading and implementing software system changes. John originally joined TCI as a contractor and became a permanent TCI employee in 2011. He has over twenty five years of experience in commercial software development. In addition to operating his own business, where partners included GE Medical and TDK, John held positions with EMC and 3M.
