S&T Bank Appoints Vice President, Commercial Lending

S&T Bank, a full-service financial institution with branch locations in 11 Pennsylvania counties, announced the appointment of Jim Baker as vice president, commercial lending. In his new role, Baker is responsible for maintaining and growing commercial loan and deposit relationships in the northern region of S&T Bank’s footprint.

“Throughout his career, Jim has held high-level commercial lending roles that required him to identify a client’s needs, counsel clients on the best course of action and develop financing solutions that best met their needs,” said Dave Antolik, senior executive vice president and chief lending officer of S&T Bank. “He has the kind of expertise and business acumen that we look for in our team members, and we know he will provide outstanding advice and service to our clients.”

Prior to joining S&T Bank, Baker served as vice president at another regional financial institution. In this role, he was responsible for selling commercial loan products and services. He also oversaw the bank’s Small Business Administration (SBA) loan program.
