Square 1 Bank provided a credit facility to new client Influence Health, a software developer that connects healthcare systems and hospitals to consumers via digital engagement tools. Proceeds of the credit facility will provide working capital and financed the company’s purchase of BrightWhistle, a marketing platform designed to foster stronger relationships between patients and healthcare organizations.

“When the opportunity to purchase BrightWhistle arose, we needed to move quickly,” said Influence Health chief executive officer Peter Kuhn. “Square 1 Bank offered the speed, creativity and flexibility we needed in a banking partner, and we are excited about what we can help our clients achieve through this new venture.”
