Simpson Represents J.P. Morgan in Lions Gate Term Loan
Simpson Thacher said it represented J.P. Morgan Securities, as lead arranger, in connection with a $225 million second lien term loan facility for Lions Gate Entertainment. In connection with the financing, Lions Gate also issued $225 million of senior secured second priority notes.
Lions Gate is a global entertainment company with a strong and diversified presence in motion picture production and distribution, television programming and syndication, home entertainment, family entertainment, digital distribution, new channel platforms and international distribution and sales.
