Sentence of Former LeNature’s Executive Upheld

The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported that a federal appeals court has refused to reduce the 15-year prison sentence of a former executive of LeNature’s, who argued he chose a jury trial and was given a longer sentence than another executive who pleaded guilty to the same charges.

The Trib said Robert Lynn was convicted of conspiracy and mail, bank and wire fraud for his role in the theft of $800 million from the Latrobe-based beverage company.
