Santander Bank named Siobhan Schroth as a new executive overseeing Corporate and Commercial Banking in the New Jersey and New York region.

Siobhan Schroth will serve as the Santander Corporate and Commercial Banking division’s market director and regional head for New York and New Jersey.

Schroth, who has 25 years of experience in middle market, corporate, structured finance and investment banking, will report to Cameron Letters, Santander’s managing director and head of corporate and commercial banking.

Schroth, who will be based in New York City, previously was president and market executive, middle market, for global commercial banking in the New York metro area for Bank of America. She has also worked for JPMorgan Chase.

“Siobhan’s experience will be an incredible asset to Santander as the bank looks to build out its middle market business — a core component of the bank’s broader plans in the U.S.,” Letters said.
