Riveron Consulting announced the promotion of three principals — former senior managers for the firm.

Promotions in the Southwest office in Dallas include Jason Roberts and Michelle (Tencleve) Laitinen. Both new principals will be responsible for client service.

Robert’s 10 years of experience includes assisting public and private companies forecasting, budgeting and modeling services. He joined Riveron from Healthmarkets/Insphere Insurance Solutions where he was a team leader and senior analyst.

During her 10 year career, Laitinen has worked on more than 100 transactions, serving a variety of domestic and international clients in a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining the team at Riveron in 2009, she was a senior financial analyst with Invesco and manager in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Support practice.

Nonye Ukawuba is the newest principal in the firm’s Midwest office, located in Chicago. Her more than 10 years of M&A experience includes financial analysis and leading financial due diligence on more than 100 transactions. Ukawuba joined Riveron after spending nearly 10 years in the London and Chicago offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

“The opportunity to promote our firm’s hard working individuals is one of my greatest privileges,” Riveron Founder Landon Smith commented. “Nonye, Jason and Michelle each demonstrated exceptional performance in their prior roles with Riveron, and I am so pleased to see them join the leadership teams of their respective offices.”
