Riveron Consulting has announced Caroline Stovall as a new principal in the firm’s Dallas office.

Acting as Dallas principal, Stovall will be responsible for technical guidance and post- transaction support. Prior professional experience includes time as an IFRS consultant, most recently with Resources Global in Dallas, where she served as a client service director. She joined Riveron with strong public accounting background having also worked at UHY, BDO and KPMG. While at KPMG, she served in the National Technical Office in London assisting KPMG’s audit teams in routine reporting and on transactions including tax structures, acquisitions and disposals, and re-organizations.

Stovall is a Chartered Accountant. She was raised in England and attended Manchester Metropolitan University where she graduated with a BA Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance and a Certificate of Higher Education in Foundation Accountancy.
