Riveron Consulting has announced the addition of three professionals to the firm’s Dallas office.

In the role of Dallas senior manager, Michelle Tencleve will be responsible for growing the firm’s due diligence practice. Tencleve returns to Riveron Consulting from Invesco, where she was in a dual role, tasked with analyzing operations for the global management team to assist with decision making, working with European and Asian counterparts for analysis of real estate acquisitions in these locations, and analyzing and consolidating corporate results for quarterly board and management presentations. When Tencleve first joined Riveron in 2009, she was responsible for due diligence projects for a number of clients. Other professional experience includes time as a manager in the Transaction Advisory Services Group of Ernst and Young. She graduated from the University of Arkansas and is a CPA.

Riveron Dallas’s newest senior associate, Patrick Parker, will be responsible for various accounting and reporting projects. Most recently, Parker was with Oak Hill Investment Management as a financial analyst reporting directly to the CFO. In this role he researched, analyzed and assessed the internal financial details of the firm. Parker began his career with Deloitte as an auditor in the financial services group, before being promoted to senior associate in the forensic and dispute services group. He graduated from The University of Texas with a Masters in Professional Accounting and is Chairman of the Board of the McCombs Alumni Network.

David Hall joined Riveron’s Dallas office as an associate, where he will be responsible for supporting buy-side and sell-side due diligence, post-acquisition integration and support, and financial operation services. He comes to Riveron from KPMG Forensic Advisory Services, where he was a forensic associate. Duties in this position included dispute advisory services, compliance monitoring, business valuation, forensic data analysis and fraud investigations. Other work experience includes time as assistant to the Controller of a utility trailer dealership, where he assisted with the preparation of financial statements and invoice management. Hall received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Accountancy from Baylor University, and is a CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner.
