RG Steel said in documents in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the district of Delaware that it has postponed the auction of its plants in Baltimore and Warren, OH, by a week, to August 7, a Reuters article reported.

According to reports, the auction was postponed so that the company could have additional time to find a stalking-horse bidder for the plants. The Baltimore Sun previously reported that three potential bidders were interested in the plants.

A third plant in Wheeling, WV was auctioned as planned on Tuesday, July 31.
