Republic Business Credit (RBC) hired William Kemp as VP, business development. Based in Chicago, Kemp will drive new relations for RBC in the Midwestern region and support businesses that need cash flow funding ranging from $250,000 to $10 million.

Kemp previously worked for Bibby Financial Services, where he sourced transactions up to $1 million in facility size and supported the credit underwriting. After winning Bibby’s Sales Excellence Award, he expanded his new business sourcing and continued to excel. He is currently a communications co-chair for the Chicago Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and was previously a member of the same chapter’s Nextgen subcommittee.

“William is a proven sales professional who is well established in the Chicagoland marketplace,” said Robert Meyers, chief commercial officer of RBC. “He is an exceptional relationship builder and is a professional who takes the time to fully understand a business’ needs and work with stakeholders to find the funding solution that is the best fit.”
