PNC Business Credit appointed Luke Tripodi and Brian Caldwell to senior vice president and business development officer in Chicago, and Jenna Shah to vice president and business development officer in Seattle. All three will serve on PNC’s senior secured financing team.

Tripodi will be responsible for private equity and direct origination in the Minnesota and Chicago markets. He joined the organization from BMO Harris Bank where he spent the last 10 years, most recently serving as vice president for BMO’s asset based lending group.

Caldwell will be responsible for originating asset-based and cash flow loans for Chicago-based private equity firms. Caldwell came from PNC’s corporate bank, where he served as senior vice president and senior banker responsible for new business development and relationship management for public and privately-held companies in Chicago.

Shah will be responsible for originating asset-based and cash flow loans with middle-market companies and private equity firms across the Pacific Northwest. A 10-year veteran at PNC, Shah most recently served as a relationship manager in Chicago.
