Opus Bank announced that Rick Lamoreux rejoined Opus as senior managing director, Commercial Business Banking, focused on providing commercial banking products, services, and solutions to mid-sized businesses located in Southern California.

Lamoreux, an 11-year banking veteran, rejoins Opus most recently from BBVA Compass, where he served as vice president, Relationship Manager, providing debt financing and treasury management solutions to mid-sized businesses with revenues of $25 million to $250 million. Lamoreux previously served as director, Commercial Business Banking with Opus Bank from April 2011 through December 2012.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Lamoreux served as vice president, Commercial Lending for Beach Business; vice president, Commercial Lending for Irwin Union; and assistant vice president, Commercial Lending for Comerica Bank. Lamoreux holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Redlands and Master’s degree from the University of Southern California.
