The New York Institute of Credit (NYIC) announced its 93rd Annual Banquet will be held on June 5, 2012 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the New York Hilton and Towers, 1335 Avenue of the Americas in New York City.

The banquet will feature the presentation of two awards. The 7th Annual Conrad B. Duberstein Memorial Award, for excellence and compassion in the Bankruptcy Judiciary, will be presented to the Honorable Kevin J. Carey, United States Bankruptcy Judge, District of Delaware. The presenter will be the Honorable Mary F. Walrath, United States Bankruptcy Judge, District of Delaware.

The 39th Leadership in Credit Education Award will be presented to Mark S. Indelicato, managing partner, Hahn & Hessen, by Mark T. Power, partner, Hahn & Hessen, and Stephen M. Leavenworth, division president, Sterling National Bank, by Howard M. Applebaum, executive vice president, Sterling National Bank. This prestigious honor is bestowed upon two individuals who have demonstrated dedication and commitment to the New York Institute of Credit and the credit industry.

The toastmaster will be Jeffrey A. Wurst, partner, Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C.
