Merkle announced it closed an amendment to provide capacity to upsize its credit facility to $325 million senior secured credit facilities for general corporate purposes and acquisitions. The amendment, arranged by M&T Bank, serves to increase the overall size of the facility and provide the Company with increased flexibility.

M&T Bank Corporation acted as the sole lead arranger and bookrunner on the transaction and a group of lenders including Bank of America, Capital One, Fifth Third Bank, Santander Bank, BB&T, PNC Bank, First Commonwealth Financial, Tristate Capital and Stifel Bank.
