MorrisAnderson announced Bruce Goldstein joined the company as a managing director in the Chicago office.

With over 30 years of experience in M&A, divestitures, corporate finance, market expansion and franchising, Goldstein will focus on new business development for MorrisAnderson, to expand their reach into working with portfolio companies of private equity firms.

Prior to joining MorrisAnderson, Goldstein held executive positions at CBIZ, SALA Capital Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers. His industry experience includes medical devices, aerospacedefense, manufacturing, insurance and financial services, restaurant and food equipment manufacturing, oil and gas exploration, and production and oilfield services.

Goldstein is a member of the ACG, the TMA, the Executives Club of Chicago, a founding member of the Private Directors Association, the CEO Roundtable and a director of both the Illinois Fatherhood Initiative and the North Suburban YMCA.

He is also a registered CPA in Illinois.
