Monroe Funds Facility to Support Merger, Acquisition
Monroe Capital announced the funding of a $14.3 million credit facility to support the merger of Venture Technologies with Information Systems Consulting, along with the concurrent acquisition of Strategic Allied Technologies.
The merger and continued channel consolidation strategy is supported by FlatWorld Capital, a New York-based private equity firm that specializes in funding and advising middle-market IT firms. Partnering with FlatWorld Capital and Venture Technologies demonstrates Monroe’s capabilities and commitment to the technology sector.
