Moelis Capital Partners (MCP) announced the acquisition of Mxi Technologies (Mxi), a provider of aviation maintenance management software solutions to commercial airlines, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) organizations and defense operators.

Headquartered in Ottawa, Canada and with more than 200 employees, Mxi Technologies provides software solutions that address the business, operational and technical challenges of maintaining aviation assets throughout their operating lifecycle. The company’s main software platform is called Maintenix, which manages the engineering, planning, execution, materials management and maintenance-related business support and analytic activities of aviation organizations.
