Marquette Commercial Finance announced the addition of James Golden, vice president of Sales, to the Marquette team. Reporting to Marquette’s national sales manager, Diane P. Reed, Golden will be responsible for loan origination in the Southeast region of the U.S.

Golden has extensive experience and expertise in a myriad of business activities including but not limited to factoring, asset-based lending, assisting lenders in fortifying their loans, and assisting lenders in securing additional credit. “I am excited to have James on board as part of the Marquette Commercial Finance team,” said Richard Voreis president/CEO. “We look for drive, expertise, and integrity in our team members, making James an exceptional fit.”

Golden has more than 18 years of experience and is a consistent top performer in the factoring and commercial lending industry. He was most recently with Gulf Coast Business Credit where he served as vice president of business development, and Porter Capital, where he spent nine years in business development. He has strong ties to banking institutions and the commercial finance industry in the south where he is also an active member of CFA, TMA and IFA. Golden holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Jacksonville State University.
