Madison Street Capital (MSC) acted as the exclusive financial advisor and placement agent in arranging an Ex-Im Bank credit facility for its client, Atlantic Jet Support, Inc., according to Charles Botchway, CEO of Chicago-based MSC.

Citibank provided the credit facility. Barry Petersen, MSC’s senior managing director, along with senior vice president Dipesh Patel, and vice president Brian Gorski led the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered Coconut Creek, FL, Atlantic Jet Support provides aircraft components and assemblies to a wide range of international carriers.

The Citibank facility, in conjunction with Ex-Im Bank support, will allow the firm to continue its strong path of growth and expansion, according to Sarunas Rackauskas, CFO of Atlantic Jet Support. “Madison Street Capital’s team provided several options which insured the most competitively priced structure and facility to support our significant growth opportunities,” he said.
