Macquarie Global Mining Equipment Finance said it has approved up to $75 million of equipment lease financing, arranged by Bank of America, for Cura Classis (Canada) and Cura Classis (USA).

Cura Classis, along with its key subcontractor Babcock Mobile Assets, provides a whole lifecycle approach from procuring and supporting the equipment to arranging equipment disposal for quarry and aggregate clients. The equipment under this program includes loaders, heavy rigid and articulated trucks, excavators and bulldozers.

Jennifer Coyle, managing director of Macquarie’s Global Mining Equipment Finance unit, commented, “We are delighted to play a key role in Cura Classis’ integrated approach to outsource its equipment requirements through an innovative structure that combines more flexible fleet management.”
