Llewellyn Joins Winter Harbor as Managing Director


John Llewellyn, a 20-year industry veteran, joined Winter Harbor as a managing director, bringing along transaction expertise in various industry sectors.

“We are extremely excited to have John join the Winter Harbor team,” said partner Stuart Noyes. “He has a proven track record in the financial advisory industry and will certainly become a trusted advisor to our clients quickly. His approach to negotiating and structuring financial transactions is innovative, yet practical, and will continue to bring value to our clients.”

Llewellyn started his career with First National Bank of Boston. He subsequently worked as an independent consultant and CFO for Superior Digital Displays in New York. He served more than 12 years with Ernst & Young, including a year with their London Restructuring practice, where he provided strategic business planning for a variety of companies. In addition to his time with E&Y, Llewellyn worked for Deloitte’s Advisory Services.
