Liquid Capital reported that it closed nine transactions during the month of August totaling $5.9 million in factoring credit facilities.

Below are brief descriptions of the deals:

  • $250,000 to a property security company located in London, Ontario that landed a contract with a major grocery store chain to provide security services and consulting. Funds are needed to finance payroll.
  • $500,000 to an oil services company located in Garrison, ND that sells chemical based and other fluids to drilling and oil exploring companies. Funds are needed to for payroll and to pay suppliers.
  • $500,000 to a newly established company in Stanley, ND, that provides hydrovac and oil pumping services to three bordering states. Funds are needed to support growth.
  • $1.0 million to a company which provides oilfield casing services in Wheatherford, OK. Funds are needed to maintain operations and grow the business.
  • $1.0 million to a mid-sized trucking and hauling company located in New Town, ND. Funds are needed to pay operating expenses and suppliers.
  • $750,000 to a company that provides general trucking and hauling services in Grand Prairie, Alberta. Funds are needed to meet payroll.
  • $1.5 million to a company that provides painting services on new construction projects for a wide range of property managing companies. Funds are needed to support growth.
  • $150,000 to a power washing company in Texas. Funds are needed to grow the business.
  • $250,000 to a company that installs fencing for different sporting activities. Funds are needed to pay suppliers.
