Jonathan Davis joined Kirkland & Ellis’ New York office as a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. Davis joined the Firm from Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he was a partner in the corporate department.

High-profile assignments for Davis include representing Anheuser-Busch InBev in its $123 billion acquisition of SABMiller and the $12 billion sale of SABMiller’s U.S. and global Miller branded businesses to Molson Coors, H.J. Heinz Company in its $60 billion merger with Kraft Foods Group to create The Kraft Heinz Company, Delhaize Group in its $29 billion merger of equals with Royal Ahold, Avon in its strategic partnership with Cerberus Capital Management and Scientific Games in its $5.1 billion acquisition of Bally Technologies.
