Nustar Energy’s unit NuStar Logistics entered into a second amendment to its revolving credit agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank as administrative agent.

According to a related 8-K filing, SunTrust Bank and Mizuho Bank served as co-syndication agents, and Wells Fargo Bank and PNC Bank served as co-documentation agents.

The amendment extends the maturity date to October 29, 2020 and increases the borrowing capacity from $1.5 billion to $1.75 billion, among other things.

NuStar Logistics and Energy also are party to letter of credit agreements with Mizuho Bank (dated as of June 5, 2012, as amended), The Bank of Nova Scotia (dated as of June 5, 2013, as amended) and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (dated as of September 3, 2014, as amended).
