Huron Consulting Group added Kevin Turner to the company as a managing director in its Enterprise Performance Management & Analytics (EPM&A) practice.

Turner will lead the development of a more comprehensive Salesforce service offering that includes CRM strategy, customer engagement and business intelligence and analytics to clients in healthcare, higher education, life sciences, manufacturing, high tech, professional services and other industries.

Turner has more than 20 years of experience in CRM strategy and implementation, customer success, change management and cloud computing. At Huron, he will drive growth in the Chicago market and work with Huron’s existing sales, delivery and Salesforce team. Previously, Turner served in senior management positions at Model Metrics, Salesforce and Magnet 360, where he was responsible for structuring and overseeing Salesforce implementation engagements that fully leveraged the broad set of capabilities the Salesforce platform has to offer.
