Paul Hastings announced that it represented Bank of America, Wells Fargo Securities, Wells Fargo Bank, BMO Capital Markets and Macquarie Capital as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners of the debt facilities incurred by Southwire Company in connection with its acquisition of Coleman Cable.

The debt facilities consist of a $750 million senior secured term loan facility and a $1 billion senior secured asset-based revolving facility.

Leveraged Finance partners Michael Michetti, Michael Baker, Jennifer Yount and Peter Burke led the Paul Hastings team, which also included of counsel Jennifer Hildebrandt and Sanjay Thapar and associates Christopher Ross, Joanne Yang, Julie Park and Katherine Forer.

Southwire and Coleman are leading manufacturers of wire and cable products for construction, industrial and consumer applications.
